The Youth Healthy Sex Guidance Law has been enforced! Episode 1

 

"No, no way ... "

 I, Takumi Inukai, looked at the screen of my phone in disbelief.

 It wasn't a virus that had infected his phone after he had visited an adult site. 

 In fact, the screen of his phone does not show any suspicious things, but only a woman's picture and her name. 

 Her name is Maria Sonoda

 The government listened to the voices of the people, and made policies in response to those voices, but they were ineffective in overcoming the current situation. 

 You may wonder why. 

 Why is it that the government has been listening to the people's voices and making policies, but they have not been effective? 

 The government was at its wit's end. 

 But then, a cabinet member made a statement that could be called a revelation. 

【Maybe the people are not telling the truth... or, more precisely, the people themselves may not understand the fundamental reasons why they don't want to get married, why they got divorced, why they don't want to have children...】

 

 

 Based on this statement, they conducted more research and found that sex was the cause of all of these problems. 

 Sex was the root cause of the unmarried rate, the divorce rate, and the declining birthrate. 

 People do not seek marriage because they have other more pleasurable things to do than sex. 

 Because they are dissatisfied with their sex life, divorce is the result, and they are uninterested in having children.

 The root cause of all this is the unfulfillment of sexual desire, one of the three major desires, and the biggest reason for the unfulfillment of this desire is poor sexual skills. 

 Finally, the government, having reached the root cause, came to a certain conclusion and passed and enforced the Youth Healthy Sex Guidance Law. 

 Simply put, it requires students in their second year of high school to have sex with a matched partner and hone their sexual skills. 

 The law has been in place long before i was born, so i don't have any opinion on it, but I heard that it was very controversial at that time. 

 To the point that it almost blew the government out of the water...

 The government, however, was still willing to strike as hard as it wanted and passed the law by force, using the advantages of military strength. 

 Anyway, to cut a long story short, this is the reason why I can have sex with Maria Sonoda!  

 A long time ago, there was a strange saying that you will become wizard if you don't have sexual experience until the age of 30, but now these words are dead.
